CHOCOLATE WHEY- Does anyone have an unopened jar of the fat flush chocolate whey that i could purchae from them? Unikey is out right now, and i've been looking everywere with no luck! I know we're not supposed to have it everyday, but i can't do vanilla. Please let me know if you have one you can spare- or maybe you didn't like the taste of it, etc. Ot if anyone has ideas for a substitute,II'd appreciate that also. thanks!

Very Happy I found a great chocolate whey at both Target and Walmart called Body Fortress. I do not know the whey that you are asking about.

I find that I drink the protein drinks in the morning and a couple of hours after supper.

When do you have your protein drink?

8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.

You should be able to add most of your foods by grams. If the only option is a teaspoon, there are 28 grams (dry) in a teaspoon.
