I think this is fantastic. I wish they would bring something like this in here in the UK. You really haven't got any idea how many calories and how much fat are in some of the things you get served in restaurants and lets face it everyone loves to eat out. Some things that look really innocent have huge calorie and fat counts.

I hope this sets the example and it catches on everywhere. I recognize the expense it creates for the restaurants though.

It's interesting about this...I used to go to Starbucks and get a quick snack, because it seemed "healthier" for some reason. Once they started posting their calorie counts, I stopped going.

Avocados
Avocado mixed with salt, pepper, chives, a little white vinegar just to make smooth. Mix it up and spread it on bread w/ a tomato and spinach leaves! THE BEST!!!
