I keep mine religiously and while it may not have given me my dream results (eg. 30 lb loss in 3 months) it has definitely kept me in the game for the last 9 months.
Wondering what other experiences with food journaling are out there?

I've always had good results when I journal. I need to start again, I've sort of lost my way the past few months!

I agree. Its the only way to see what you are really eating and it makes you more aware of whats going into those mouths of ours....

I think it's a great tool, I love the one on this site as I can print it and take it to the doctors with me.

I can't carry a food journal with me, but I do keep a simplified version in my journal on here. Deffinately helps with the snacking or grabing a bite of this or a bite of that, cause when I am going to I think to myself "Do I really want to see this in my journal tonight? Does this matter to me THAT much?" 9 times out of 10 the answer is NO.
"Of course its hard, if it were easy everyone would do it. Hard is what makes it great"
