Hello Abs dieter, just wondering how you like your the ABS diet. I was contemplating starting the So. Bch. diet or the ABS diet. I decided to go w/the ABS diet. The 1 cheat meal per week was the kicker! How do you all like the diet, have you had much success. Just curious on your thoughts about it. Thanks. Ali

Hello! I've been off and on of the Abs Diet for the past few years... I do really like it. It just makes sense. Now, on the other hand, I have a picky toddler, and I have trouble getting her to eat a lot of the power foods.
Have you seen the new tv show, "I can make you thin"? (www.mckenna.com for more info) He gives you 4 rules to follow:
1. Eat when you're hungry.
2. Eat what you want.
3. Eat conciously
4. Stop when you think you're full
I have decided to do an "Abs Diet Minded 4 Steps". It makes life a lot less stressful when it comes to meal planning. I still try to plan Abs Diet centered meals, but don't worry so much about going out or eating other things with family or friends. Technically, this will be my first week, so I will let you know how it's going. It's working for a friend of mine!

I loved the Abs Diet when I was on it in December. I lost 14 pounds total in the three weeks I was on it. I have been off of it for three months and still haven't gained back all of the weight I lost. It really does change the way you eat even when you are not on it.
Good luck

Thanks for the input. I hope i do well on it. I love making the smoothies...yum! It's hard to plan the snack 2 hrs prior to my next meal though, i'm sure it will all fall into place soon. Thx again.

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
I'm reading this while eating some absolutely delightful fresh melon for breakfast. If the melon isn't soft enough on its own you could add it to a fruit smoothie.
