I was just wondering what vitamins / supplements everyone takes. Anyone take flax seed oil or anything like that, and what's it for? Anything else that you take, and how is it working for you?

TIA!

I take GNC Mult -Gel Vitamins. No vitamin burps and free of corn for us allergy sufferers! I also use Milled/Ground Flax seed. I put a couple TBSP in my oatmeal in the AM. It is suppose to lower cholesterol by binding with it and carring it out rather than allowing absorbtion. Vegetarian Omega-3 too. Hope that helps!

I take a multivitamin daily, black cohosh (for night sweats), flax seed oil and calcium. I hate the calcium. I think that is what is causing my heartburn. I had hard pills which required three a day. I recently bought some gel caps hoping that would be better but its not helping.

I am taking a wonderful supplement called Alive! It is an amazing product (and I dont promote things normally!)

The very first thing I noticed was the quality of sleep I finally got. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep but after taking this tablet for a few days, I finally felt tired and had a good sleep.

The second thing I noticed was, when I absent mindedly forgot to take the tablets for a few days, I felt tired and lethargic. I am assuming that the tablets were keeping me energized.

This tablet has multi vitamins, extracts of fruits and veggies, Green food, omega fatty acids, antioxidants, immune defense mushrooms and more.

The only downside is that the tablets are very large and you have to take 3 tablets per day. I find that if I eat the tablet just before a meal it doesnt stick in the throat. Also, some reviewers said that they dont feel the need to take all three tablets to feel the positive effects.
