hi: what scale do you use to weigh yourself and do you like that scale? (make, price and where do you get it?)

I use the Weight Watchers brand scale. I don't remember the price (under $40, I think). I bought mine at Target, and this time of year you can watch for sales. For some reason, the retail stores have sales on their scales in the Spring! I realy like it- it has a digital display.
Hope this helps!

yes, I was just weighed yesterday at the dr's office, and it was about the same as what I had weighed at home in the morning (although I was a little bit up because I was at the dr's in the afternoon, after eating and drinking all day).

bball...definetly go to the boards on Atkins. Do a search for MIM. That is muffin in a minute. You probably need much more fiber than you are getting, and the MIM will help you. If you make it a p ...

So frustrated!
8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.

recording activities and food intake
You should be able to add most of your foods by grams. If the only option is a teaspoon, there are 28 grams (dry) in a teaspoon.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
