Hi all,
I have been looking here in Canada for a substitute LA Lite protein bar. I haven't been able to find one where the nutrition labels max up or are even similar.
Anyone had any luck with it?

I've heard Luna bars are supposed to be close and I've even heard of someone using special K bars too

Luna bars are apparently available at walmart. Special K are pretty much available at any grociery store

Have you tried just not eating the bars? I am on L.A and they changed my program around because I can't eat the bars since I'm lactose. If you want to just take them out completely let your councilor know!

That works too. My husband and I don't do them, me b/c of kidney stones and lactose intolerance and him b/c they are just too expensive.

I dont do the bars cause the $$$ and because in the long run I dont think it helps you make that lifestyle change (thats just a personal opinion though.) I just dont think its feasable for someone to eat 2 LA weightloss bars a day for the rest of their life. Thats also why I dont do any supplements. The only thing I do take is a multivitamin just in case

So frustrated!
8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.

recording activities and food intake
You should be able to add most of your foods by grams. If the only option is a teaspoon, there are 28 grams (dry) in a teaspoon.
