Is there a good salad dressing on the market? I've tried low fat dressing(s), but they are high in sodium, which is not good for me - my body retain water.
I've looked under the Cook Book on this website, but nothing catches my eye. Need help!!!!
Thanks

Rather than going fat-free, I would use an organic or an all natural olive oil and vinegar. Paul Newmans is the best!!

I am not sure of the sodium content but I really like the Good Seasonings (it's a dry packet - you mix Olive oil and vinegar to it).. it's delicious.

I guess there's really no pleasing some people.

I use South Beach ranch. It is really good. Here are the nutritional values.

Homemade Rice Vinegar (delicious!!) dressing!!! I love this!!!
seasoned rice vinegar
1 pkg of splenda
olive oil or flax oil
lots of herbs fresh or dried
THIS IS THE MOST DELICIOUS DRESSING I HAVE EVER EATEN!!
Another yummy is homemade balsamic, you have to make it to taste
balsamic vinegar
oil - olive or flax
mustard - dijon
1 pkg of splenda
Another take on this is a maple balsamic, again delish
replace splenda and use sugar free maple syrup...
add walnuts to the salad...ymmm..
I am lucky, my mother in law is a Martha Stewart clone!!!

Salad spritzers are the way to go! About 1 calorie per spray, and I average about 15 sprays for a whole salad. You can now get them in almost any type of dressing: caesar, ranch, italian, balsamic vinagrette etc...
