Just curious to see how all of you found about this site and how do you feel that it benefits you, what you like about it? Thanks

To tell you the truth, I forget where I heard about it and it was only a few weeks ago!

I saw an ad for it flash by when I was web surfing last week. I clicked on it and the "free-ness" if it appealed to me. I am using my WW 12 week journal for points tracking, and find the on-line journal useful.

I started using the MyDiet application on Facebook... which is made by Fatsecret, so that's how I ended up signing up here back in September 2007. There was no diet calendar here then though... so it's great that they've now added it to the site so that we can record what we eat here too!
I really like the diet calendar as it helps keep me accountable for everything I eat... ooh and the weight chart too! What I couldn't do without though is the wonderful support of so many others and also the team challenges to keep us motivated. I think for the first time ever... losing weight is actually quite fun!

I also came across it when I was surfing the internet. I was searching for WW recipes when I came across it.
So, far it's been pretty interesting, informative and fun. I invited my best friend to join as well so we could communicate about our weight loss this way since we live in separate states.
I just need to figure out the navigation and what does what on the site. Then I'll be golden!

Found it through Facebook. Best thing that has ever happened regarding my weight as I usually quit after 3 days. However, the support on here is fantastic and I keep motivated.

I was looking for a site where I could track my weight on a chart. That is one of my biggest motivators, seeing that little line go downward. All the buddies I made on here were a huge bonus! I got a lot more out of it than I bargained for. You're right, MoonLite, losing weight is actually fun this time. I can't believe how much support and motivation I get from all of you. This is a lifestyle change for me and I plan to stick with it and keep coming here to do my best and stay accountable.
Love the food that loves you back.
Take it one day at a time!

I found this site through People magazine. Anytime I see articles on weight loss and how poeple do it, I snatch it right up. This site has been my Godsend, just checking it, I too got way more than I bargained for. I absolutely love it. And, yes, it is a ton of fun losing weight and easier with teh support of others. If it hadn't been for this site, I'd be feeling sorry for myself, getting bigger by the day. I love all the journals and tips and the support. I also love the fact that you can record everything. It helps you keep true to yourself. Keep up the good work!!

I was looking for recipes for South Beach diet and this site was one of the first listed. Anything diet related that sayts "free sign-up" I am a sucker for it! LOL i am hopelessly addicted to this site, even after I realized SB diet wasn't for me! All the support and encouragement form everybody keeps me going, and it makes it so easy to track all my food.

I found the website because it was on a list of the Top Ten Websites of 2007 in Time or Newsweek magazine. (Sorry, I get the two confused, so I'm not sure which it was.)
I'd been wanting to track what I eat, and this site does that. The journals/support/exchange of ideas are proving to be more helpful than I'd expected.

Do you like cottage cheese or does it make you cringe?
It depends. I can't stand eating it with fruit or anything sweet, like most people do.

COCONUT WATER
I love coconut water & prefer Harmless Harvest raw coconut water. It's more expensive, but worth it, I think. I get it at Whole Foods or a local health food store.
