My husband just bought me the Playstation 2 game Yourself!fitness, and I LOVE IT! it's the greatest! You fill in your personal information (height, weight, goals) and it customizes a program for you. You can tell it how long and how many times a week you can work out and it gradually increases intensity. Has anyone else used this? I did 15 minutes of "weight loss" and 30 minutes of flexibility today.

How much does it cost? Sounds like something I may like!

I think it was $35 or $40. He didn't say, and he would have if it was horribly expensive. I think he got it through Amazon.

I was just looking on ebay and they were about that or $50 and there weren't as many PS2 ones as there were for xbox. I did find one that was $.99, so I may buy it!

WoW.. if you get one for 99 cents, that's great! I absolutely loved what I saw today while I was playing it. She (your "own" personal trainer) stops every once in a while and asks how you're doing. If you're breezing along, she steps it up. If you can't keep up, she slows down. And there's a meditation garden program for yoga.
I haven't gotten all that far into it, but I can really see myself using it and not getting bored with it.

That sounds pretty fun. I've got it on my watch list, so hopefully if it doesn't go up too high (i'm poor right now) I can get it!

Best Exercises
Good decision but you should include squats also for 10-15 mins. This will help you to build your bogy and even lose weight also. Adding squats to the exercise have many other benefits also.
