Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas. The New year we can all make that resolution to loose and try and keep it off. I dont know about you but that has been mine forever. Good luck to you all in the New Year.
God Bless

Merry Christmas to you too! I don't want to make that resolution this year. That has been my resolution far too many times.
I AM going to lose weight, I don't have to make any more promises to myself in that regard.
I want to improve myself as a person, grow spiritually, be a better wife, and more understanding to my husband and others. I want to be a good example for my daughter, and I have a lot of areas in my life that need work, not just my weight.
Time is an illusion..
Lunchtime, doubly so.
