I bought one pair of jeans as a mini-goal reward. Clothes that are too big for you are completely unflattering. Show off your new figure! At least buy one pair that looks good on you every time you go down a size. You can always donate them when you go down another size. You can get a whole new wardrobe when you reach your goal, but in the meantime, you will need some new clothes so you don't look like you are walking around in a tent. LOL.

Love the food that loves you back.

Take it one day at a time!

I started out in like 18's ... I bought one pair 16's and wore them until I lost a few more pounds then bought two pairs 14's ... 4 pairs of 12's after that, then I got a few pairs of 10's.. 8's... 6's... 4's... so on and so on, lol... like every few weeks. It worked out good b/c I always knew someone who could fit into them when I was finished! Very Happy

I used to wear large/XLarge. Now I just purchase clothes that are medium and even some of them were a little loose. Hard to find them sometimes though. Cool

I haven't gone down a size yet, but my pants are getting baggy in the butt area! I guess whenever I can hardly keep them from falling down I will go buy new ones. I hope it won't be long!

I keep clothes 2 sizes smaller little out dated but they worked. I was in a 14 I had clothes in a size 12 and a few things in 10. I went with my husband to buy a size 10 because I only had one pair of pants but they fit so tight that I did not buy them. When I lost a little more I went to buy the 10s and could not find them long enough so I tried an eight and they fit. I was so happy but only bought one pair because I did not want to stay there. So when you loose enough to get in a smaller size just buy one if you want to loose more. The feeling is so great to get in a smaller size. God willing I will keep loosing.

My size 10 pants are getting baggy in the butt and crotch area. I can probably button an 8 now, but I am going to wait until I lose another 5 lbs. I told myself that I am gonna buy myself one pair of jeans and one pair of slacks each time I lose 10 lbs until I reach my goal weight.
