I started out in like 18's ... I bought one pair 16's and wore them until I lost a few more pounds then bought two pairs 14's ... 4 pairs of 12's after that, then I got a few pairs of 10's.. 8's... 6's... 4's... so on and so on, lol... like every few weeks. It worked out good b/c I always knew someone who could fit into them when I was finished!
Diets are like a jar of jalapenos.... the choices you make today might just burn your butt tomorrow!!!
