I'll be 45 in January and need to lose about 25kg (50 lbs). I have chosen the GI Diet because it seems less like a "diet" and more like how I think I should be eating all the time.

I'm looking to get serious about the plan in January-- in the mean time I am will be getting my head straight and preparing to commit.

So, if anyone would like to join me, I'd appreciate the company. Smile

I'm going to do the GI diet as well. Just bought a new book "the gi diet clinic" - hoping it will inspire me.... something needs to.
