I've decided to try something sane. I can't do anything to extreme right now. I can't count POINTS, carbs, fat grams, etc. I CAN avoid sugar, flour, and artificial stuff. I CAN eat whole, unprocessed foods.

I can become a skinny mom!

Hi There,

I am going to try the same thing you are while counting points. No sugar, flour ect this week and see what happens!

Hi, I've been avoiding sugar, white flour and artificial things and just basically making a conscience effort of "what" I'm eating.
I'm happy to say that I average about 1# loss a week and I "feel" so much better.
Recently I've been encorporating more and more ORGANIC foods into my diet and feel even better about that. Especially for my Dairy and Meats.

YOu will find that as you avoid the sugar and white flour that IT WILL make a diiference in not only your weight but how you "feel" as well. Also try adding more veg's into your daily meals.

GOOD LUCK!
