After watching last nights the Biggest Loser (just started tuning in for inspiration/motivation) I thought it was really good/powerful to have a goal in mind to keep you (one) on track. That being said, what would your 'Goal Shirt' say?

I'd borrow a phrase that I saw on an envelope from Title Nine Sports, where I'd ordered some clothes. It said "A fit woman is a powerful woman."

I'm just loving that one!
Inside me there's a skinny woman screaming to get out, but I can usually shut the bitch up with chocolate.

Everyone has great ideas!! As much as I want to lose the weight and become as healthy as I can, I think everyone needs to start with
"Loving me for me!!"
or
"Loving you for you!"

Not exactly my ONE quote (I'd have to take a while to think of that), but I have a little sticky note on my computer with various personal, inspirational snipits. This is a good one for everyone, though:

Mine would say:
"I'm too sexy for my shirt!"
That song always cracked me up.

8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.
