Peter Jennings Report on Obesity in America

This report (video), along with the blog's introduction, explains, with quite a bit more emphasis and clarity, what many of us already know. It is good to keep a clear view of what is happening in the food industry and how it is affecting many of us. Sad

So frustrated!
8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.

recording activities and food intake
You should be able to add most of your foods by grams. If the only option is a teaspoon, there are 28 grams (dry) in a teaspoon.
