I use the e-tools and like them.I keep on track online and with the core plan the food list is always there to help me keep on the program.I also like the stories some of them even help keep me motivated.I try to get the best out of the money being spent on a good cause.I AM WORTH IT.Always keep that in your mind as well "You Are Worth It".
Good luck on your journey and take care.Smile

I LOVE the etools!!!!!! It is THE reason I stay on track. It's so easy to keep track of everything and so easy to search for foods in the tracker. In my opinion it's not a waste of money at all!

I love the etools also!! It is well worth the money to be able to keep track of everything, and I love the journaling feature to keep track of your diet.

I'm not sure about the etools but I use this website to reference quite a bit:

Even though she doesn't say it...it's WW all the way...she even gives points values...it's great.

Question,
do you all go to WW meetings?

I love etools, I can take any recipe and figure out the points, and I can log my points anywhere I have access. I keep a couple of the paper trackers just for when I'll be away from a computer. It's also nice to enter a recipe and see what effect on the points switching out ingredients makes. Sometimes it's suprising!

I go to meetings every week, I think it's the only thing that's kept me on track for the past 4 1/2 months! It means once a week you have to face someone to weigh in (although they never say anything, unless you've done really well), I hear information I can't find online, and you learn a lot of good strategies. Our leader always asks at the end of the meeting if anyone has any challenges coming up in the next week and everyone gives advice. Plus a few of the leaders share products that people have found that are low in points and tasty. Which is nice to learn!
