I am not sure what Chrystal light's affects are on the Atkin's diet. I know on Weight watchers it would have no points. Acually I love the tast of Diet Lipton green tea with mixed berries, it is really good. On WW it is no points.

Crystal light on Atkins is great. Plus a lot of water.

Crystal Light is good but it does contain aspartame so just be careful.

If you go on ebay and buy some Lighterlife St Clements powder, it's a sugar free no carb water flavering, it's gorgeous tastes like sherbet lemons, lasts ages, and if you put it with sparking water it takes just like lemonade
If the camera adds 10lbs stop eating cameras!!!

HI, I've been on Atkins for 2 weeks. I love beverages, crystal light, diet pop, coffee, etc. I have tried to cut down, but I keep going back. I have had bad experiences with Splenda, primarily extreme bloating and more sweet cravings. I have no problems with Aspertame. Anyone else respond like this. I haven't noticed much difference in weight loss when I cut back on diet beverages, and I have found that drinking diet beverages helps me to not crave sweets. I have a huge sweet tooth. If anyone can relate please reply. Am I just the odd ball here.

I have a major sweet tooth! I love chocolate everything, my bday was July 7th and I bought a BIG chocolate cake, I had a tiny slice and didnt even eat more! I can give a big thank you to Chromium Picolinate, it has really help to ward off my sugar cravings big time!!!!!! Give it a shot I take it every morning with food and believe me it really does work!
Good Luck!

After watching my husband lose and Keep OFF over 100 pounds on Atkins all while drinking Crystal Light Daily. Im convinced it's ok.
I have found that when I get that "sweet tooth" it's purrfect because it tastes so sweet. Works for me. Just so long as it's not all your drinkin. There are no carbs and no sugar in it, so I say its good.
Just my opinion

Crystal Light, and other aspartame-containing things, are poison.
Aspartame messes with our metabolism- the trigger that normally tells us "hey, you're full" gets screwed up, so we can actually end up eating MORE.
Dr. Atkins himself mentioned that aspartame can cause stalls in weight loss, and he doesn't recommend it in his book.
Why put chemicals in your body if you don't need to? Why not just use some lemon?
