Good morning! I have just started on the Atkins diet after following Weight Watchers for several months. I lost 20 lbs with WW but have had a hard time with the final 20 that I need to lose. Is there a good website that will list food items with their carb amounts?

The Atkins site is very useful in telling you which foods are ok and low carb etc...try looking there. Hope this helps!

The calorie counter here, which you can get to from the Kitchen or that little panel in the top right is also useful for both foods and recipes and has a calorie counter than includes carbs (Atkins) and lots of good stuff on fiber (important for me) and fats (important for everyone)!

Very Happy
