I bought Low Carb Creations cookbooks and have tried numerous recipes and love them all! Entrees, Desserts, Side Dishes...anything your looking for. They list which phase the recipe is for and use ingredients you have in your house! You can buy them off of eBay or at www.4yourgood.com. I got all 4 and I'm very happy with my purchase! Very Happy

Did someone say choclate cheescake? Very Happy I LOVE to cook and Im a cookbook junkie which makes it hard to follow the diet. Im always finding a new book with something that looks fabulous but doesnt even come close to whats allowed on SBD. I believe I am going to have to place an order for these so I can get back to cooking. Thanks for the recommendation.

So frustrated!
8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.
