I have been trying & trying to post recipes on this site with zero luck. I've contacted the folks who run the site & they were very kind & sent me instructions & even offered to post the recipes for me. I just want to do it myself & it makes me nuts that I cannot get it to work. Am I just a complete idiot or is anyone else out there having the same problem?!Confused

I managed to work it out and have 7 recipes in the kitchen so if you want some help (probably with entering the ingredients which can be a bit tricky) shoot me a line. What I would say is that you have to go in add remember to add ingredients and search for the one you want and then remember to fill out the steps. Once you get used to it it really humms. I love seeing the nutritional info, really cool.

8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.
