I have been trying & trying to post recipes on this site with zero luck. I've contacted the folks who run the site & they were very kind & sent me instructions & even offered to post the recipes for me. I just want to do it myself & it makes me nuts that I cannot get it to work. Am I just a complete idiot or is anyone else out there having the same problem?!

I had a problem with there ingedient list. It only allowed Splenda packets not the spoonable type. It took me 3 tries and now I don't know how to delete my first 2! Maybe were both idiots!!

I managed to work it out and have 7 recipes in the kitchen so if you want some help (probably with entering the ingredients which can be a bit tricky) shoot me a line. What I would say is that you have to go in add remember to add ingredients and search for the one you want and then remember to fill out the steps. Once you get used to it it really humms. I love seeing the nutritional info, really cool.
Hold back on the superlatives - unless they're deserved!

Faster Metabolism?
Eat more fat. The fat will suppress your appetite and make it so that you can eat less. If you have enough fat in your diet, you will never feel hungry.

So frustrated!
8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.

You should be able to add most of your foods by grams. If the only option is a teaspoon, there are 28 grams (dry) in a teaspoon.

portion control! ack!
No gimmicks. Just pre-portion your snacks ahead of time, and only grab one portion. For instance, i portion my nuts into 1oz plastic baggies. Also, if you are concerned about portion size in general, ...
