I've been on every diet but this one clicked for me. Anyone else on this one that's looking to build a buddy system email me.

Here I go again. I had lost 80 lbs. but recently regained 30. I'm going to try this, You on a Diet. I also saw it on 20/20 last night. Am going to purchase the
book now. Good luck to you. Will try to stay in touch. Janeincheetah

I am trying so hard to eat healthy and would love to have a buddy. I am doing good this morning I had oats with walnuts, honey, & bananna. It was yummy. One thing I have noticed that I eat better if I can see it. Same for my daughter, she asks for fruit instead of gummies or cookies if she sees it as well. I am a little nervous I am about to have my acl replaced, so not exercise for me for awhile....guess I will have to eat really good.

Hi I saw the You on a Diet show and was really drawn to it so I bought the book, too. I have been following the South Beach Diet right now, though. I'm really impressed with the You diet and I did go out and buy all the supplements Dr Oz recommeded to take but I haven't switched to the diet just yet, not totally finished reading the book. You might check around on the other boards because I did see some other people starting it, too. It looks really looks like a healthy diet to follow and I want to wish you good luck on it! kayless

I would love to join a buddy system.
I really like the scientific approach and how much I'm learning about my body from this...would love support to make sure I stay away from the cookies.

I would not necessarily recommend 2000 calories. Use the calculator, to make sure. The RDI (recommend det daily intake) varies a LOT from person to person. If you feel that you want a faster weight loss ...
