I found this pizza crust at whole foods and its made with whole grain rice and has no sodium, no fat and 3g protein., its called Natures Hilights.
I added no salt tomato sauce, onion, chopped green pepper and slice tomatoes.
I don't know if anybody has access to a Trader Joe's but I stopped in one to look around and found 2 spices that I really like.
Trader Joe's Pasta Seasoning Blend, it really gives the tomato sauce a good flavor. Its salt free
Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute, salt free
There all natural and not expensive.
I have almost quit using Mrs Dash, I just can't seem to get the right taste from it. So I have been looking for regular spices like basil, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes with no salt and they work better for me.
Anybody else have any favorites they have tried?

Wanda,
I usually just mix my own, but one ready made I like is McCormick's Lemon & Pepper.
It's great on any steamed or barbecued vegetable.

cindyv, I think its better when you mix up your own. I really have to check all the spices for salt, who would have thought salt in spices. After I use up the Trader Joes spices I am just going to just use the regular salt free ones like basil, onion powder, garlic powder, I just wish I had thought of this before buying all the Mrs Dash ones.

I really like the idea of making your own spice mixes. Do you have any favorites that you have put together that work well and how do you actually do it?

dara I have several spice blends on my site, if you want to try them. For tomato sauce I use minced garlic, basil, onion powder and chrushed red pepper that I got at Costco, the more spice I use the less I miss the salt.

Your best bet is to make your own if you can. I haven't been able to find a store bought one without a bunch of sugar and additives, but maybe someone else has.
