Ok this is my all time absolute favorite workout. I have the whole set/series. It is the most fun for me and I am so proud when I acually make it to the end. The music is great and the cardio is ultra fun. Google it and get it for yourself. I hope somebody buys me the TurboJam live set...looks like great fun. My goal is to mix this awesome workout with my passion for riding my bicycle. The bike riding has been a challenge cause I would have to ride my 4y/o daughter too but she just started school so I'm free of the passenger for now. My friend tried to give me a military based workout...after that near death experience was over, I had to get real with myself and admit that I am not up to that speed yet. I should have known that cause hell...I can't get thru 5 mins of that P90X workout yet...but I will. I'm ready to do this...my plan right now is 30 mins of Turbo Jam, 3 times a week for the 1st 2 months and riding my bike 3 times a week for up to 5 miles if I can. I work at the mall so I got a cute little pedometer to aim for those infamous 10,000 steps a day too. I'm excited...lets do it!!! Who wants to join me?

I have Turbo Jam too!!! I did it for about a month, then got out of my routine. Just started back this week...and realized it doesn't take long to get out of shape!!! On the Learn and Burn I was totally struggling!!! Today was 20 minute workout...tomorrow Cardio party -> starting the advanced side workouts. Morning time works the best for me...even when I don't feel like it, I'm going to work out - like this morning (didn't get enough rest last night!). During the week, I walk with a friend - usually for about 45 minutes to an hour -- last night her husband had cleaned up the house and cooked supper for her. I released her from our nightly walk around the neighborhood last night! Perhaps if the rain holds off tonight we'll get a chance to get out there and enjoy! On a great day (ie, if we are in a 10k) we can do a 17 minute mile - just walking. Mostly we are walking about 3 mph. Great stress relief!!! I'm so glad you posted this today...God must have heard my prayer that it would be GREAT and extremely helpful if I had someone to talk to about Turbo Jam - someone who could help hold me accountable. Wanna be that person????

I love this workout also, but feel off and can't find it. So upset so I'm back to walk away the pounds. I guess something is better than nothing

I have the whole workout also...but mostly use the turbo abs with my other routines (like wii fit)
I need to use the rest of the dvd's for cardio. Maybe I'll incorporate them once a week with my other routine!
Thanks for the reminder!

I LOVE the Punch, Kick Jam video. It's an awesome workout, especially if you wear weighted gloves (I got my own Everlast gloves for $11 instead of the supremely overpriced Beach Body ones). Try it, I'm sure u'll love it!

When I started Turbo Jam during the summer I was so into it, it was so much fun, and I even looked forward to doing it. Since I stopped for a couple of months due to vacations and stuff I have zero desire to start back up. I'm hoping to stop the soda (again) and increase my water since that's what I had done then and see what happens.

My husband and I bought Turbo Jam two summers ago right before I had my son, in hopes that after he came that I would lose my baby weight. With only gaining 17lbs for my pregnancy, we started it right after wards and loved it! I would suggest this to anyone who wants to lose weight if you can keep up with it. It's a great workout, since then, now having a two year old and busy work schedules we have fallen off of it, but are starting it up again!

I absolutely love Turbo Jam. I lost 40 pounds 3 years ago doing it but i gained it back. Now I've started and really can feel it working almost immediately. I kick and punch away all the negativity and it leaves me feeling stronger...like i can do ANYTHING!

Have you found the exercise Brazil butt lift? I would like to gain tone but not build heavy, thick looking legs. Is this possible? Also need suggestions for upper body with the same philosophy.
