Here's my top 5 favorite songs for running. I thought it would be fun to hear others' and get some good suggestions: I like these b/c they have a good steady beat and keep me motivated to move forward!
1. Lose My Soul- tobyMac/ Mandisa
2. Lose Yourself- Eminem (cleaner version)
3. Take a Bow- Rhianna
4. Ain't No Grave- Selah
5. Jump- Van Halen/ or Only the World- Mandisa

I definitely agree. I also think Mindless Self Indulgence has a lot of great workout songs if you don't mind the vulgar language.

HIP HOP- HIP HOP- HIP HOP!!!! and i don't even really listen to hip hop normally!!! lol i love my rock...but my ex used to always play hip hop when working out....And it really does pump you up. LOTS OF ENERGY! i don't really listen to the words! only on that song that goes..."apple bottom jeans, boots with the fur"...that song cracks me up!
