Week 1 I weigh myself daily first thing in the morning. week 2 ditto. In week three I will weigh every other day. Weight loss rate slows in week three, I don't want to discourage myself.

Hi,I too weigh in the am and pm. Watch every thing I eat. I notice the slightest difference in food intake and weight by ounce. It really dosent take much. 16 oz is a pound. Think about the weight of food as well as the calories. I was surprised once I started to weigh it. Been on my food watch since Jan 20th and as of this morning I'M 9 lbs lighter. Have 31 to go but I put all the weight on over the past 5 years. So steady as I go. No cheating for me. So determine. Good luck to all on this same road.

I'm on the scales first thing every morning without fail! This keeps me on track with my food and exercise. If wt. is gained I can go back to the day before and check my foods and exercise levels and make adjustments.

every morning as soon as I wake up... it goes up and down daily, but I log my weight on my weekly weigh in day. Some days its discouraging but keeps me on track.
