LOL Gilly! Anyone eating less than 1200 calories a day will lose weight. Problem is when you finally can't starve yourself anymore you'll stuff your face for a month
But I agree, the secret is to watch your calories and fill your plate with good proteins, fresh veggies and fruits, and high fiber carbs and fats (in moderation) cause you can even overeat healthy foods.
