Thought I'd better post my weight and points for the week as I'm not sure I'll be online before Saturday noon.
Sat (didn't join until Monday)

Friday 3 (haven't finished the day but will try to get my exercise in even though I have a lot to do after work.)

End of week weight 231 Very Happy

I bowled 2 x this week, and went to curves 1 time! Tomorrow curves again, and a weigh in here!

thanks sunny beachers!!!! i was at the BEACH today and caught a few waves on a boogie board for you all!!!! i had never even attempted to lay on a beach before this weight fell off! thank god i kinda like it now, still a big sissy about all that sand though... lol


any way, my points for friday is no bueno...but will walk it all off at the zoo tomorrow!!! swear. i got all but 2 check in w/ me!

GOOD JOB EVERYONE! You may have not pulled numbers you wanted this week, or may have had the best week of your diet so far... the important thing is I really think we ALL STAYED FOCUSED!!!!!! I AM SO PROUD OF ALL OF YOU!

Well I started off the week pretty slowly but I did better as it went on. I've lost 4 pounds since starting! I started this challenge just as I was starting my diet again so I think it's beginner's loss. Smile
Going to stay positive and keep up the weight loss. Smile I have a wedding reception tonight, I'm going to eat light during the day so that I can enjoy the dinner. Wink

Another 5 points for yesterday, went to the gym and walked the treadmill again, mostly at 3.5 mph but also at 3.7 for a good 10-15 mins, total of 40 mins.

Going again today!

Hey Sun E Beachers!!

I've had a great day with my mom!!
We finished my wedding registry Smile

I've done my minimum of 5 day's exercising, ate VERY well since Wednesday (ya'll know about Tuesday). So today I'm thinking 4!! We did a lot of walking and may go outside for more walking. Hope everyone is doing well!!

I'M DOWN 1/2lb TODAY Very Happy

Awww.... Is it Sunday already?!?!

Just waiting for my man to get home (my girls won't be home until tomorrow). I'll probably be sleeping when he get's here Sad
I'm gonna take a Tylenol PM tonight to get some much needed sleep before starting training for my new job tomorrow Smile

I did really well this weekend for the first time in ages!! I ALWAYS blow it on the weekend. Especially when no one is here to see me... Razz

My dad and I walked to the grocery store this morning and lugged all the groceries home...Ugh... It was a pretty intense walk and it was great exercise!!

I'd say since it IS Sunday and I DIDN'T cheat I'm a 5 today!!

TOday i'd give myself a 4 ... didnt try anything new but still did the fruit/veg i dont like ... and tomorrow i'm going to try steamed veggies (not looking forward to it but oh well) AND today i got up and exercised before 7am and now that is going to be my 2nd BEACH -- Banned excuse: My bed feels too good to get out of OR I didnt sleep enought so I'll skip workout to catch more zzzzz's CHANGED HABIT: GET MY BUTT UP AT LEAST 3x/wk to work out before 7am!!!

No points for Sunday but, I did go exercise 5 days last week! I've already worked out this morning b/c I'm leaving for a business trip this evening. I increased by 5 mins for a total of 45 mins.

5 points for today!

I'm bringing my work out clothes but, I'm going to have early mornings and late nights so that's going to be hit or miss.

3 Points for today; too many carbs, and drinking a new orangeade (lo cal) has made me gain weight!!!!!!! The drink because it is loaded with salt.......Have a hard week ahead of me in order to turn around weight!

Well, are we going to to kick it up a bit or what!?!?!?

RESULTS are in on the main post! Make sure you check it out!

Yellow Sun-E-Beachers are starting to kick up sand with a team loss of 2.3 lbs and group percentage of .11%
ninja_teri did incredible with a 4 lb loss at a 2.0% WOW!
randajane did great losing 2.5 lbs at 1.14%

ninja_teri YOU ROCKED the BEACH! GREAT JOB!!! That is amazing.

We all did a great job. I could have done much better, and will.
I should earn extra for coming back from vacation w/out a gain! Actually my husband and I are very active now! We did tons of walking at the zoo on Sat, and just for fun we didn't take a bus up the steep hill. He picked up our 40 pound daughter while I pushed a stroller, I think was even heavier!! Anyway I was really glad I had been training on a stairmaster, I would have not made it up the hill to see the polar bears!
so i will give myself a 5s! I didn't get to the gym but I didn't excuse myself from any activity!

MON 5 woke up for yoga and hit the gym today

The new challenge is up as well. I am anxious to see a recipe from everyone! I love food, and curious to know what we are all eating! I have 2 fav... I don't know which to post.

Ok guy's!! Let's kick it up a notch!! I'm personally going to work my BUTT off (literally) Let's get movin!

Today I think I'm a 5!! I had my first day of training on my new job and didn't come home and stuff my face!! I was on my feet all day!!

Hey Sun E Beachers!! How are we all doing?

I'm staying on track while under going testing at the Dr's for some issues. I have been feeling extremely run down, dizzy, headachy, FREEZING and just plain shi*%@!! My 5 year old is sick with a high fever and totally wiped out (I've never seen her sleep so much) I've also started training for my new job, which I LOVE!! Hopefully I start feeling better so it isn't so hard on me, 4 hours almost did me in. My goal is even though I'm tired and feeling awful I want to keep active through out the day (I'm not alllowed to do any intense exercise right now) and eat right!! I'm hoping to be 118 by Friday!! That'll be a 4lb loss for our team Very Happy

I can't wait to see everyone's recipes!!

Wednesday 4 (so far)
Make that a 2... I just ate my daily calories in cereal... Sad
1/2 hour walk pushing the stroller today!

Love the pic above! Looks like a great time! No points for Tue, couldn't get it in that day while in Houston. I did get up early and get done on Wed!!! 45 mins on the treadmill.

I'm so sorry ya'll, I don't think I'm going to have a loss againt this week. I was in Houston on business and couldn't control everything I ate. I ate more carbs than usual but didn't go overboard. Unfortunately, that's all it takes for me to go up a little. I'll flush it out over the next 2 days but, I doubt I'll have a loss.

Sorry, I'm letting ya'll down.
