BEACH score: 5
Today was good despite having a root canal done. Ate well and did 30 minutes on the bike plus stretches. Found it very helpful watching Aladdin while I was on the bike, kept my mind busy. Not to mention that I am a big Disney buff
Hope things went well with everyone else!

GO BLUE TEAM, GO!
Another 4 for me today, because I still didn't get into the gym. It was hectic this morning getting my parents off to the airport, and last night staying up late with a ridiculously early morning left me needing a nap by the time I got home from my bike ride.
Did really well with my points today, though (low end of my points again with a score of 22.5 points!) Feeling good about it!
And though I didn't get into the gym, I still got some exercise...got another bike ride in with the bf this evening, and walked on my lunch break. So at least I am getting
And...I TURNED IN MY FINAL REVIEW BOOKS TODAY! Now I only have the presentation on August 5th and I will have Masters degree in hand!!
All in all, a good (but tiring day!)

GO BLUE LAGOONIE LOONIES!
I'll give myself a 3 for yesterday. Stuck to the diet and we pulled out a walk around 9:30 last night for about 20 minutes. Not the most agressive by any means, but at least we got some exerecise in. Today I plan on run/walking with the dogs as soon as I get home.

RED TALLY 7/22: 4!
Well, I didn't use my normal excuse not to use the DVD workout I purchased -- the power company opted not to provide our neighbourhood with power last night! So instead of doing the DVD workout (the habit I'm trying to establish) I did the Week 3 endurance test as part of the
100 Push-up Challenge
. I did 33 push-ups in good form.

Yellow Tally 7/22: 3
I'm giving myself a 3 for yesterday. I was "off" from my work out due to birthday (MIL) dinner plans but, I didn't have a cocktail at dinner (I usually do) and I didn't have a crumb off the delcious looking roll they brought. I feel like I did my best for the day. If I had been active in some way, I would've given myself more points.
I will have a 5 today though!
One more thing. I probably won't have a loss this week b/c I'm working off a bad weekend. Sorry guys, but I'll make you proud the rest of the challenge!

Did some working outside with hubby building a little fence for the flowers, and the typical running, pushing a cart with the two girls and a headache. So, not bad, but not great, either.

Red team Tally Points for 7/22 - 5
I did not have a normal schedule yesterday and that usually throws me off when it comes to making wise choices. I had an evening meeting that went until 10pm Yuk!! So as not to make excuses I planned ahead (the surf's up). I left work at 4pm and went home to have a light snack thinking the meeting would be over by 8pm and my husband and I could have our regular Tuesday night date at Ham's Restaurant. I got home so late that we just had a bowl of cereal before bed. The good thing is I did not do mindless snacking!!!

Red Hot Beach Bod's are in the groove!
healsdata- great choice yesterday, no excuses just good choices! Way to go!
Janelleas- Your 5 yesterday was well deserved. Thanks for sharing about chopping the veggies, it's on my list of things to do. I'll put them in the frig on my personal snack shelf!
Amryk- Hang 10, keep those 5's coming!
Densible- hope you are able to get to the gym or swim today. I know how hard it can be, my days never go as planned either.
Gotta go to work, I'll meet you at the BEACH later today.
