Carbs - daily intake?

Can anyone advise me on where I can find out how many/% calories I should have per day pls?

It depends on what your goal is. Some people go as high as 80% carbs, people on Atkins are only doing 20 grams or fewer a day while in the induction phase.

I think people who are not setting out to do a low carb diet should start by setting a protein target based on their bodyweight and activity level, and then dividing the calories remaining between carbs and fat. Give it a week or two and then adjust it if you feel the need.
