Food of course! I was reading through a few posts and noticed alot of people offering tips on how to alter recipes to make them lower carb or lower fat or adding flavor with adding too many calories, such as sheryl stating to use kelp noodles in pasta dishes because they have only 1g carb. I didn't even know kelp noodles existed! I've been a little bored with my menu lately and would love a little inspiration from my fellow friends!

Hmm, I'm interested to hear what people come up with also! One thing I've been intrigued with is using plain Greek Yogurt in place of sour cream/mayo in recipes. I haven't tried it yet, but have heard so many people talking about it!

Check out the Skinny Chef website: http://skinnychef.com/recipes

It has a ton of recipes that are healthier versions of the "normal" recipe!

What a strange coincidence, my fiancé just randomly picked up some Greek Seasoning while we were grocery shopping yesterday!

I will certainly have to look for the greek seasoning! I dress my salads with a mixture of fresh lemon/lime juice with a bit of garlic powder or fresh minced garlic if you have time to let it sit and rosemary sprigs. Its enough to give the leaves a fresh kick without having the pile on dressing with added sugars, carbs, etc.

Another type of noodle that I tried recently is shirataki noodles, they are packed under various brand names...here you can buy them as 'SlimPasta', I think the states they might be called 'miracle noodles', something like that - not sure. Similar in nutritional value to the kelp noodles, mainly fibre. The texture is different to regular pasta but I quite liked them.

I'm reading this while eating some absolutely delightful fresh melon for breakfast. If the melon isn't soft enough on its own you could add it to a fruit smoothie.
