Nonsense! Please do not mislead people in this way as you may be interfering with their weight loss efforts.

Most people with a severe weight problem get that way because they secrete more insulin than thin people. To lose weight it is essential that they avoid insulin spikes and keep insulin levels low as much as possible,
Hyperinsulinaemic, carboholic and serial failed dieter!

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I have a bodymedia fit and love it. It really helps keep you motivated and focused. It does allow you to sync with a heart rate monitor, but I find it has been a good tool regardless.
