has anyone tried ChiaNutra 100% pure chia seeds to assist in weight loss and if so, how did it work for you. I'm struggling to get past the 15 lb. mark in my weight loss and am willing to give anything a try at this point!

I have a scoop everyday in my greek yogurt at breakfast. Packed with fibre, omegas and Mg it is a great addition. As far as weight loss I wouldn't say it is special in that regard.

Im gonna try out Nutiva Organic Chia Seed in May. Found it at allstarhealth.com and will update here again once I've tried it for myself. If anyone has tried this brand let me know.

Can you do yogurt? A friend recommended to me plain yogurt with splenda mixed in. Maybe try that with some berries. I've been putting frozen raspberries in my protein shake.
