I weigh myself only once a week and that is on weekend. I don't weigh that much though. Since i week is good duration to check your weight.

I noticed in weighing daily that my weight goes up every other day, so I started weighing every other day to see the over all trend going on. I have a really nice scale which is fun to use so while weighing is not the huge thing for me, I do more frequently than once a week over time.

I'm paranoid and constantly weighing myself every morning. I need to stop doing this but it's hard.
I have an 'official' weigh in every Monday morning though.

Since My Open Heart surgery ( 3 years next month) I knew my weight was going to be a major player. I too weighted myself every morning it was like clock work BUT the downside is that this became the main focus of my everyday life (controlling) and that crazy and I had to take that control back..I still weight myself in the morning BUT I do this 3 days a week.
Once I stopped being so hard on myself life got a little less stressful. Give this a try!!

Saturday morning is my weigh-in. I exercise for 45 min for weight lifting followed by 1 hour excerse class three times a week at a gym.

Since I am a new to Fatsecret I have been unable to get this info on my daily diet calendar and I need to keep an account of the calories saved to lose this weight.

Once per week. I make a total ritual out of it. I put on the same clothes, grab my son, and we go down to the clinic to use their scale. They've gotten so used to seeing me they now just wave me right back. Wearing the same clothes makes my body the only variable week after week. Bringing my son helps me hold myself accountable. And turning it into a ritual gives it an extra level commitmet. Who would dare mess with a sacred ritual?

Daily, because you will know where you are headed. Every weightloss program I have ever gone to the first thing you do is weigh in.So I act like I'm at the center when I'm At home. This works for me. I have lost 100lbs. Got 60lbs. To go now

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I prefer to exercise in the morning too. Partly because by the time evening rolls around, I'm worn out (two toddlers will do that to you) and partly because I just know me. If I get up at 5:30am, ...
