Weird schedule, so I weigh after a normal "sleep" of 6-8 hours, and write it down.

I weigh everyday, when I wake up - not sure why I chose that time (I work nights) because it's in the middle of the afternoon. It's fun and exciting to see the weight come off - and those times that I see it come back on, I can correct whatever behaviors caused the upswing. I didn't discover fatsecret until yesterday, so I'm doing some catching up (I was keeping my calorie count in a paper and pen journal), and the caloriecounter app is incredibly neat. I just wish that there were a function to 'add favorite food' so I don't have to keep going back and searching out the stuff I consume all the time.

On the app, they have a option for recently eaten. Also you can save a meal for later use.

Every day usually just to get an idea of how well I am doing. BUT I do not let that dictate if I eat or not! I always eat 3 meals a day but I keep in mind my water more if my weight is slightly higher than the day before. I am aware some may say that every day is excessive but I make it part of my routine as a self check.

Rarely, if ever...but since I just joined this website & it asks for your weight, I'll probably start weighing myself every week or so.

Every week..if I weigh more frequently I tend to freak out at the fluctuations that happen.

I weigh even when I haven't been on program, to keep track my weight.

I need to lose between 1.5-2.0 pounds a week...if I lose more I tend to think I can eat more, and if I lose less (or gain) I figure I may as well eat whatever I want to.

I weigh every day - like the food and exercise logs, it helps me keep track, and motivate me to continue.
As the previous poster, I don't let it change my daily meals, in as much as how often I eat; but, I find it helps when I am lacking will power, as I remember what the last figures were. It also helps curb the guzzling urges, and helps me to keep my portions to the right sizes.
You have to be aware that your weight can fluctuate, but I think weighing each day can really help keep you aware of how well you are doing, and help keep the willpower up to max - it's just as valuable a tool as the other two key journals, imho!

I weight every morning, after using the bathroom and in the same clothing or nude. I record on Sunday morning. The weighing every day lets me know if the foods that I ate the day before agrees with my weight lost. It also gives you a chance to correct any mistakes from the previous day, if you need to cut back on a certain food or add an extra 15 minutes to your workout. I use to think I was doing every thing right, weight myself at the end of the week and was frustrated at the weight stall or gain. Now, I have better control doing it every morning.

I used to weigh myself every day but I was becoming "weigh" too obsessed with the scale! If it didn't say what I wanted it to say, it would affect my mood for the entire day. Now I weigh once a week. It works for me!
