Trying changing your food up. From the looks of your food journal, you have a high carb intake. Try to lower that and eat more protein.
If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired.-George W Patton

my issue is my bone, joint and muscle pain. My left knee kills me after I exercise and even with pain meds I am up all night icing it. But I am still going to commit to it because I know without it my weight will not drop if any. I am going to the YMCA tomorrow to get into the pool.

I have arthritis in both knees and when I first started losing weight I didn't exercise at all and still managed to lose weight. Mind you I was a lot heavier than you are now. Be careful you are not causing any damage by exercising...maybe look for some exercise that isn't so hard on your kness.

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I have a bodymedia fit and love it. It really helps keep you motivated and focused. It does allow you to sync with a heart rate monitor, but I find it has been a good tool regardless.
