Every day before sleeping. I know every day the weight fluctuates, but I can control if I am doing well or not. I do not why, when I do not do it, I use to eat more!!

Once a week for me, sometimes twice on saturday and monday.
For a while I only weighed on the first of the month, which was actually pretty successful for weight loss.

I weight myself pretty much every day (at no particular time), but I have an official weigh in day and time, once a week, when I record my weight.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh once a week. I like the idea of tape measure too as it can be helpful to see a change in inches when there seems to be a lull in weight....muscle weighs more than fat. Exercising tends to build ...

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
