Once a week. Same day, same time, same scale, same cloths (none).

Everyday as soon as I get up.It helps me.If I lose a pound it makes me happy & I want it to keep going. If I gain a pound it gives me incentive to work harder at it.

I weigh in daily after my "morning bathroom ritual." Even a .1 pound loss is motivating,

Once weekly. I may slip up and weigh an extra time during the week but I only log once a week to avoid discouragement inspired by natural weight fluctuations. First thing in the morning. No clothing. After "morning ritual" as well.

Every morning. Keeps me focused. I don't get freaky about fluctuations any more though.

Daily. To me, it is just like turning on the morning news. It is information that I want to know.

I weigh myself first thing in the morning every day. If i do not weigh myself it breaks my routine of weighing myself daily and recording everything I eat. Those two activities have kept me honest about my weight.

Every evening when I get home from work and before I do any exercise. Not as satisfying as the early morning which catches the overnight weight loss but it is more realistic. Not sure whether I should be doing this daily though...

I have decided to weigh myself once a week. My twin sister prefers to weigh herself once a day. I am the type of person who will quickly become discouraged and because my weight tends to fluctuate a couple pounds daily I feel doing it once a week will more accurately show my progress.

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I like the FitBit Zip. I've maintained 10,000 steps daily by taking power walks on my breaks. I think it was definetely worth the purchase.
