In the past, weighing every day worked. But I only count my official Weight Watchers monthly weigh in.. as the real one.(I am starting back Weight Watchers, this week.)

I weigh myself every morning. I do it as a reminder of what I am working towards and it helps to keep me focused.

Daily, first thing in the morning. This allows me to evaluate the results of my eating and eercise of the previous day. I can make notes of positive and negative results and repeat the positive ones.

I decided to weigh myself once every 14 days. However, I don't like the uncertainty about my weight and end up using my scale every morning, shortly after getting up.

Once a week reluctantly. I tend to feel depressed if the scale hasn't moved. But I joined a challenge and have since found it helpful. I definitely do not do it every day though. That would make me sad, and depression is not helpful. Although I saw somewhere that if you weight yourself everyday, you should then average out your weight for that week and do that from week to week to get a better idea of how your doing because weight can fluctuate so much daily (by a lb or two). That makes sense to me.

Every morning, first thing! And to be honest, I think if I could tie them to my feet, I'd wear my scales every day!

I know its not always the best judge of weight loss - but other than my clothes fitting better, it's visual!!!

I weigh myself everyday in the morning. I have never kept a weight journal. I am interested in doing it for at least 3 months to look for cycles of weight gain or loss due to food, exercise and what is going on in my life. I find it really fun/challenging to see how my body responds to different ways of eating.

If you get weighed every morning though how does that give you an accurate reflection over the week?

I weigh every four to five days I do not have a scale at home....I go to the Pharmacy and weigh in twice in 1 week, Sometimes after 4 days I read the same weight and I admit I feel a little down but when I weigh in at the next schedule time I always see a 2lb less and feel ever more confident to move on...besides my clothes are getting loose and more loose as the days progress...feeling good about myself and I admit I cheat in between but I always manage to burn it off Smileweighing everyday tends to be too frustrating though I admit hence the reason I have no scales in my house lol
