Hi Richy6, I am doing Keto with my BF and it works for us. He is down over 30 pounds (I let him test drive it for a month before I came on board) I've been doing it for 13 days now and have lost 6 pounds. Some days I go under my calories and some days I don't.....I focus more on my percentages of macro nutrients - fats, proteins and carbs. I am committing to this for 3 months and I will re-evaluate it then. As of now though I love not being hungry and eating yummy real foods!
