I started the fat smash diet 5 weeks and 4 days ago. I have lost 19 lbs as of this morning. It has been easy to stay on and not be hungry. Fresh fruits and vegetables are the key.

The importance of setting your Recommended Daily Intake RDI
I agree... If you stick with the default you will most likely not see the results you want. I adjust my calorie range for every 5-10 pounds lost. I need to redo mine today.

Avocados
just eat them....love avocados sandwich idea avocado, tomato slices, cheese,on healthy whole wheat bread. Best when tomatoes are in season.

If your aren't logging or have your preferences set to private it makes it very hard to give specific help. But as others have said, if you are hungry... Eat more!
