Every Day! Managing your weight requires constant situational awareness. Watching your weight decrease is one of the biggest reward/motivators there is. First weight of the day, right out of bed, tends to be the lightest. Bite the bullet, weigh in, record the result in FatSecret an manage the problem all the way down to your goal weight.

I weigh every morning as well. Just keeps me on track and encourages me to keep pressing forward. I know that the scale will move up and down, but it is a way for me to stay honest with myself.

Basing my daily calorie deficit on the Mifflin-St. Jeor formula, I don't expect any change for about five days. Oddly, my scale doesn't seem to fluctuate in between. However, I weigh myself daily because it's such a wonderful boost to see a change.

I weigh every morning without fail, cant help myself its part of my morning ritual, but I do find it helps me maintain my weight loss better so I know whether I can cheat a little that day or not

I weigh myself at home every morning after I wake up and right before I go to bed, I also weigh at WW every Thursday. It helps me to weigh myself at night to keep myself accountable, especially if I have had a day of indulgence. It helps keep me on track. I get really nervous and anxious if I only weigh once a week.

I like to keep track if I am on an upward trend so I can adjust if I need to.

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I like the FitBit Zip. I've maintained 10,000 steps daily by taking power walks on my breaks. I think it was definetely worth the purchase.
