Hi...I'm John, from Hampshire,England.
Just gone through the breakup of my second marriage...lost house, left job, and now I'm back at my childhood area back to living with my parents Sad
So a month from my 42nd birthday I want to use this situation as an opportunity to make a fresh start with my life...and body.
Unfortunately; my knees are absolutely knackered, which makes certain exercises a big no go. But saying that, I'm feeling confident that I can finally make a positive change to my life!!

Hi John,
I have a blood disorder that makes exercise difficult. I have found that working out in a pool is the best route for me. Good luck, and Keep up the positive energy
I can do this. No matter how long it takes, I will not cave to the sugar devil lol.

Gonna give this a try. With hard work, determination and God's blessings I'll shed these 20 lbs to reach my goal weight of 165 by mid August before I go back to school . Wish me luck! :d

Hello
Hello finding what works and is sustainable for you is key. Also burning more calories then what we consume is part of the equation too. This journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck
