I am starting the HCG diet but I am not one for completely removing meals from a diet I think that is unhealthy. But at night, after 8 p.m. I am still HUNGRY and once I start to snack I over eat. Can anyone help?

I have that same problem. One thing you could try is eating a later dinner. Just try to stop eating 2 hours before bed. I don't have that option since I work at night. What I always had to do to get started is promise someone every night that I won't eat. After the first 3 days it is easy--in my opinion. Drink lots of water. Decaf tea can help since it will feel warm in your stomach. Much success to you.

You go on those binges because you restrict yourself from foods you enjoy. Please see
www.iifym.com
and make the necessary changes.
A pre planned diet is a recipe for failure, Do IIFYM and incorperate foods you enjoy into your daily intake.
Dietary fat =/= net fat gain, consuming more calories than you burn = net fat gain.

I find if i have a big breakfast like a lot of fads suggest lately, i dont have a lot of calories left over at night.... and whether or not I ate a big breakfast I am the same amount of hungry at night. I have just gotten to know myself and that i am hungriest in the evening and eat the bulk of my calories then. And the whole "bad" food idea is one of the leading causes of compulsive eating disorder. HGC can be really hard because it creates that "bad" food idea in your head, which leads to guilt and binges when you encounter those foods, instead of fitting a bit of the food you crave into a balanced diet with the food you need.
