I like that link. We can apply this on losing weight especially focusing on being productive, not being busy and focusing on small, continuous improvements. Thanks for sharing. Smile

Avocados
Avocado mixed with salt, pepper, chives, a little white vinegar just to make smooth. Mix it up and spread it on bread w/ a tomato and spinach leaves! THE BEST!!!
