Im new to this program type of thing but everyone says i dont need to loose weight but im not comfortable with my body and i weigh 107 lbs and im 4`11" but i want to weigh around 95~100 lbs so does anyone have any tips?

If you don't need to loose weight go to the gym!
Probably you just need to loose fat, so eat healthy, 6 times a day and drink a lot of water...
