Do you have any good recommendations for where to find recipes along these lines? I've just started to look at no-processed diets, and it's hard to find things that aren't on websites who believe Soviets are trying to Brainwash them...

I'm just interested in generating ideas for foods on the go, and, at the same time, I'd prefer not to eliminate bread. I really only eat bread for sandwiches at lunch anyway. Just need to find recipes to kickstart the diet and make this easier!

OK little secret of mine for several years now.I don't do recipes.I eat plain spiced food that are raw or just cooked without water. i am so lazy that i eat everyday the same foods until i get tired of any foods. then i change the whole natural food to something other different low sugar natural food. however, i can not give up whole rolled oatmeal. i sprinkle it on everything, accept fruit. Also its sounds weird but i tablespoon swallow oil. my favorite Moroccan olive oil because its not at all bitter.very hard to find but it does exist in Wal-mart, usually mixed with Spain and other countries olive oil.sad but true. usually my total grocery bill any week is $25.
