Hi All,
I've been doing low carb (Atkins sort of) for about a month. I love all the meat and cheese but I'm probably still eating too many calories.
I've been a Weight Watcher since WW was invented. I'm thinking I should change to WW on FatSecret. Can you change diets?
Any advise?

Please go to the Atkins website (or read the "NANY" book)and read the way you are supposed to do it the right way. It's not about just meat and cheese anymore. Commit to giving it a try and follow the guidelines. If it's not for you after that, then you need to find something that works for you. Either way you go, you need to "do it right". Hope all goes well!

you can change diets, click on my fatsecret then my diet.
if your food calendar is correct you're only averaging about 1200 calories a day. that isn't too many for any diet.
and like Kat said, Atkins is more than meat & cheese, you should also be eating lots of veggies.

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
