Hummus (which is mostly ground chickpeas) should do you some good here, brands vary on fat content so keep reading those labels! I'd also suggest lentils, eggs, and lowfat cheeses. The eggs and cheese will be lowest in carbs -- but remember your body needs a few complex carbs in the bloodstream to give you the energy for exercise, especially cardio and strength training.

I eat light canned tuna for lunch. Tons of protein. I also eat greek yogurt (higher carbs than oyu might want) for a snack.
If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired.-George W Patton

Lentils are one of the highest protein filled foods u can eat. Also Whey protein from walmart 26 mg of protein in one scoop. I add a banana to mine, or some fruit. You can find it in the pharmacy.
