You got it!!! If you need any tips or advice, feel free to ask, I've got lots of experience with Insanity and got great results from it myself Smile

Can anyone tell me about how much room is required for Insanity? I've wanted to do it for a while but I have limited space in my home. It's hard to tell from the infomercials how much you need to spread yourself out.

I started Insanity two days ago and so far I like it. It is grueling but I have just been doing as much as I can do. I figure that as the weeks go on I will be able to do more and more. As far as room goes, you really only need a little square of floor. I do it in my bedroom in a corner and it's fine. My problem is that my floor is waxed so it tends to be slippery which is hard with some of the moves. Good luck and I would love to have buddies who just started it too.

I do it insanity in a small space, it is about 6x6 area. So not a lot of ro is needed when you really want to workout. Lol

Yes I agree, my husband and I both do it together in our living room which is not a huge space. As long as you have room to move side to side a bit, like a body's length, you should be fine.

Kstinw, don't you wear sneakers when you do it? That should help on a slippery floor.

I do but I still slip. It must be the stuff we wash it with. Also, I probably need new sneakers.

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I have a bodymedia fit and love it. It really helps keep you motivated and focused. It does allow you to sync with a heart rate monitor, but I find it has been a good tool regardless.
